What we collect

When you ask for a price or book a job, we collect your name, address and postcode, phone number, email address, the photos you send, and any details you give us about the work. Google Analytics and Google Ads also collect information about how you use the website. Without your consent this is limited to basic signals with no cookies; if you accept cookies, they can use cookies too (see our cookie policy).

How we use it

• To prepare your quote, using your photos, address and satellite imagery of the property
• To reply to enquiries, arrange appointments and carry out the work
• To contact you about your booking
• To improve the website and measure which adverts bring enquiries

We don't sell your information or use it for marketing without your permission.

Where it's stored

Quote forms are processed by our website host, Netlify, and delivered to us by email. Messages and photos sent by WhatsApp, email or phone are kept on our devices and accounts. We keep your information only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal and accounting obligations. The map of the areas we cover is loaded from OpenStreetMap, which receives your IP address to send the map images; it doesn't set cookies.

Photos of your property

We may take before-and-after photos of the work for quality control and marketing, without any personal information. Tell us before the job if you'd rather we didn't use them.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted where appropriate, or withdraw consent. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you're unhappy with how we handle your data.

Changes

We may update this policy. The latest version is always on this page.
