Gutters, rooflines, driveways and patios, properly clean

What we do

• Gutter clearing

Leaves, moss and silt vacuumed out from the ground, downpipes checked, problems photographed for you.

  From £75
• Fascia, soffit & UPVC cleaning

Green algae and grime washed off fascias, soffits, gutter fronts and cladding. Best done in the same visit as a gutter clear.

• Roof moss removal

Moss off the roof before it ends up in your gutters, with a treatment to slow it coming back.

• Pressure washing

Paths, steps, walls and any hard surface that's gone green or slippery.

  Minimum charge £150
• Driveway cleaning

Block paving, resin, tarmac and concrete. Block paving is re-sanded once dry.

Block paving from £180, re-sanding included
• Patio cleaning

Indian sandstone, porcelain, concrete and block paving patios, including black spot treatment.

  Minimum charge £150

We also do one-off window cleaning, with frames and sills included.

How pricing works

1. Send photos and your address on WhatsApp, or fill in the quote form and send the photos after. For gutters, a photo of each side of the house helps.
2. We measure from satellite imagery and check the condition and access on your photos. Most jobs don't need a visit.
3. You get a fixed price, usually the same day. No obligation.
4. Accept it and we book a date. You don't need to be in, as long as we can reach the work and an outside tap.
